NWCI is a trade partner for many of the region’s finest general contractors. We design and build custom cabinetry, doors, millwork, and many other architectural woodworking components.  We have a very talented team of skilled craftsmen in the shop and in the field. Our shop is filled with the right equipment and technology to provide precise and accurate custom product in a very efficient and productive manner. Alan Bridgman

President & Owner

Originally from Alaska, Alan and his family moved to the Seattle area in 1985. Alan has 25 years of woodworking and carpentry experience, and is proud to be a part of maintaining American-made manufacturing. Alan’s primary roles are business development, estimating, and scheduling. When not pinned behind the desk, Alan can be found on the shop floor, or playing outdoors in the great Pacific Northwest.

Holly Bridgman

Operations Manager

Holly joined NWCI in 2007 as the Operations Manager. A true Seattle native with a lifelong interest in building and creating, Holly graduated from University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Drama and a Certificate of Construction Management. In her free time, Holly loves skiing, taking her boxer Daffy for hikes, spending time with her nephews, and cheering for the Seahawks and Huskies.

Phillip Shire


Phillip was raised all over the western US, and graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in mathematics. He has a diverse build background, including cabinetry, trade show and museum pieces, and extensive experience in metal fabrication. Phillip has been engineering custom casework and furniture for more than  12 years. In his spare time he likes to spend time with family, and enjoys the outdoors. He also likes to spend time building in the garage.
