We have completed many successful projects with Northwest Custom Interiors over the years. It’s been great to be able to go to one source for finished cabinets as well as millwork and doors. Northwest Custom Interiors has always stepped up to help us out when we’ve had demanding deadlines to meet.

In the continuing climate of high expectations in a robust market, NWCI has solidified their position as an integral team member on our projects. They have a proven track record of taking visions from concept to reality. We rely on their experience and talents to problem solve and provide value-engineering for cost and construction during shop drawings, assembly, finishing, delivery, and installation. Their in-house custom millwork capabilities and capacities are incredibly beneficial for us, whether we need 1,000 lineal feet of custom crown, or just 6 lineal feet. They always provide highly talented, professional, and productive crews for installations. We wouldn’t consider any woodworking challenge too much for them and we always look forward to working together.

NWCI has been an excellent resource for KJ. They have been key in providing our company a flexibility and expanded capability that can be the difference between an adequate effort and one that achieves extraordinary results. We have relied on them to bring experienced, professional, and productive crews to our projects, whether the project is driven by budget or by the special demands of highly detailed craftsmanship. What sets NWCI apart from their competitors is their willingness to participate creatively and effectively in the inevitable onsite problem solving that often is required during the latter stages of a project. They truly do integrate themselves as part of our team.

John Blackham & Krekow Jennings

For a recently completed 9,000+ SF home in Medina, Northwest Custom Interiors provided the interior doors, all of the cabinets, the running trim, curved woodwork, and racking and casework for the wine cellar. In addition, they finished all of the millwork—every bit of which is hand-distressed, stained, clear-coated, and glazed. The racking and casework for the 5,000 bottle wine cellar is white oak and was fumed on site. The wine cellar, with a custom door by NWCI, is spectacular and is the highlight of the home. NWCI’s service and quality were first-rate from shop drawings to mockups, through fabrication and finishing. And with that level of quality, I was particularly impressed with their rate of production. As it turned out, we used NWCI to install much of the cabinets and trim, including the wine cellar. Their installers were excellent. They were efficient while maintaining the level of quality control that we enjoyed through fabrication and finishing. Since the owners have moved in, they’ve engaged NWCI to build some custom furniture in keeping with the cabinetry. In short, I look forward to working with NWCI on future projects. Alan and his crew are the sort of people that make custom homes possible, and I recommend them without reservation.

We’ve been really happy working with Alan and the folks at NWCI. When it comes to planning and engineering complicated cabinet packages, they are the best we’ve found, and that translates to great cabinets with few mistakes. They have a very sophisticated shop set up, and are capable of pulling off just about anything. That, coupled with good craftsmanship, has made us a repeat customer many times over. Many thanks to NWCI.

Northwest Custom Interiors is much more than a typical sub-contractor, they are a trade partner that has the ability to elevate and improve a contractor’s project beyond even the most stringent of expectations. NWCI has the ability to manufacture and install a wide variety of architectural woodwork. They have provided many beautiful custom cabinet packages, many custom interior and exterior doors, and have mouldings for several of our high-end projects. NWCI has designed and built several custom shop-built staircases for our clients.

NWCI has very experienced, professional, and hard working install crews that we are proud to have on our job sites. They always work hard to deliver on schedule, and within financial expectations.
