We are one of the premier architectural woodworking sources for custom cabinets and millwork in the Pacific Northwest.

With a constant focus on high quality and value, we design and build beautiful custom cabinetry, doors, millwork, and other components. Our hands on craftsmen, paired with the highly specialized precision machinery in our shop, allows us to create beautiful custom products and has helped make us the trade partner for many of the region’s finest general contractors.

Custom Cabinetry

Our process is built on a foundation of artistry, technology and expertise.

Custom Door

We build solid wood interior and exterior doors.

Custom Mouldings

Our shop combines high-tech equipment with hands-on experience. We grind our own custom knives in-house which dramatically reduces lead times and increases quality. Our Weinig automated rip saw and 6 head high-speed moulder are the most current technology and allow us to create beautiful custom mouldings with high volume while maintaining exceptional quality and value.

Spray Finishing

All of our finishing for our projects is done in house, eliminating scheduling delays, and giving us complete control of quality and consistency. We also provide finishing services for other cabinet shops who do not self perform, and some refinishing for direct clients. We provide a huge range of finishing options, from paint to stains. We have extensive experience in distressed finishes, glazed finishes, crackle, texture, and more. Beyond wipe-on stains, we are capable of spray stains, tinted top coats, etc. We mix our own stains and colored top coats in-house, for optimal speed and quality control. We would be happy to assist you with your finishing needs.

Custom Turning

We are capable of turning custom sized solid wood columns up to 18 feet long. We can turn a maximum diameter of 20+ inches over the bed of the lathe, with 60-inch diameter open-face turning. We have one of the largest lathes on the West Coast. Custom stair balusters, newel posts, island legs, and architectural columns are all easily produced at our facility. We can take a hand-sketch or a detailed CAD drawing, and create a custom turning to match it perfectly in any species of wood, and in a very timely manner. If you like, you can even come down and observe while we are turning your one-of-a-kind piece.

Our talented carpenters have extensive experience installing doors, cabinetry, millwork, stair systems, and all other forms of architectural woodworking.

The CNC router is the backbone of our panel processing. We use it to cut and drill all of our cabinet parts. We cut out radius, and complex parts on our CNC router for other woodworking shops, and for direct clients when needed. The CNC is ideal for cutting radius wall plates and stair stringers for framing packages, as it delivers extreme accuracy and is much faster than hand cutting. We use it to cut templates for curved components, which allows us to provide custom curved mouldings in a very efficient manner.

Our process is built on a foundation of artistry, technology and expertise.
